Returns & Exchanges

If you have complaints or are not satisfied with the product, you can return your order within 14 days if it meets the requirements listed at the bottom of the page. Upon receipt of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days.

Important: Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the sender of the shipment.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary for the use of the product, we may charge you for this depreciation or not accept the return request. Handle the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged when you return it.

The following goods are excluded from the return policy:

  • Consumables such as lamps, batteries, various types of gel, and liquids.
  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as earplugs, headphones, underwear, and swimwear.
  • Opened cosmetics and personal care products.
  • Items that are damaged or incomplete, including items without packaging.
  • Items received for free (e.g., the free product in a buy one, get one free offer).

Easy return in 3 steps

Step 1: Send us an email at info@bysidney.com

Try to include some key points as fully as possible in the email:

  1. Why you want to exchange or return the package.
  2. Any photos for clarification.

If the request is approved, we will send you the return form.

Step 2: Send your order

Send the items together with the completed return form to the address on the form. Make sure to include a Track & Trace code with the package. As the sender, you are responsible for the costs of the return shipment, and we want to avoid misunderstandings. Send the proof of Track & Trace to info@bysidney.com.

Step 3: Receipt of the purchase amount on your bank account

Upon receipt of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be credited to your bank account within 14 days.
